Our printing services offer many advantages, including low cost, the ability to incorporate a wide range of designs, colours, and techniques, and the ability to print in most locations on most garments. Merlin Direct’s print services offer a variety of print methods: including Screen Printing, Cut Vinyl, and Dye Sublimation. Our team will work with you to determine the best method for your needs, depending on factors such as the type of logo and the material of the garment.

Print pricing starts at £3.00 (+VAT) per garment, with a one-off charge of £4.99 (+VAT) to set up your logo or text, per order. If you use the same logo on your next order, you will not be charged the setup fee. For larger orders, please contact us for pricing information. Additional charges will apply for printing in multiple locations.

At Merlin Direct, we specialise in providing professional embroidery services that are suitable for most fabrics and products.

It's worth noting that some garments, such as lightweight t-shirts and thin shirts/blouses, may be made of a fabric that is too thin to hold an embroidered logo. In these cases, we may recommend reducing the size of the embroidered logo, changing the garment/garment material, or changing the production method. Our customer service team will be happy to discuss these options with you.

Professional embroidery services in the UK can be done on waterproof or water-repellent fabrics without compromising their waterproof properties by applying a seal to the back of the logo. Additionally, we recommend considering the size of the logo when choosing embroidery as large logos may put a strain on the garment and may be better suited for print methods. Merlin Direct’s professional embroidery Service Cost: The cost of embroidery at Merlin Direct varies depending on the size and complexity of the design. However, for a standard design with a standard stitch count, the cost per garment is £3.00 (+VAT).

Set-Up Fee: There is a one-time set-up fee of £9.99 (+VAT) per design per order. If you wish to use the same design in a subsequent order, this fee will not be charged.

Additional Fees: For designs that exceed the standard stitch count, additional fees may apply. Our customer service team will inform you of any additional charges before starting work on your order.

Multiple Locations: For designs that will be applied to multiple locations on a garment, the cost will be multiplied by the number of locations.
